By booking a rental with Junior's Jet Ski Rentals, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
All operators must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued ID at check-in. You may be required to hold a valid Michigan boating safety certification depending on your age.
All riders must sign a liability waiver before operating or boarding any watercraft. Jet skiing involves inherent risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Junior's Jet Ski Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from the use of our equipment.
All riders must attend and complete our pre-ride safety briefing, wear a Coast Guard-approved life jacket at all times on the water, and operate within designated riding areas. Violation of safety rules may result in immediate termination of your rental without refund.
Cancellations made 48+ hours before your scheduled rental will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be charged a rebooking fee. No-shows will be charged in full. Weather-related cancellations initiated by us will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no charge.
You are responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by reckless or negligent operation. Normal wear and tear is not charged. Significant damage may result in repair costs billed to the customer.
Operators under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to ride. Reckless behavior, wake jumping near other vessels, and operating outside designated zones are prohibited and may result in termination of your rental without refund.
